TME’s offer now includes voltage regulators LDO (Low DropOut) offered by MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGY in a small SMD cases. The circuits have been designed for automotive applications. All products meet the requirements of AEC-Q100 class 0 and are approved for production according to the PPAP process.
Voltage regulators are available in two standard versions of an unregulated output voltage: 3,3 V and 5 V with an output current of 80mA and 100mA. The typical current consumption of the circuit in a standby mode is only 25uA! LDO regulators have internal protection: undervoltage (SCP), short circuit (UVLO) and thermal protection (TSD). The regulators can be widely used as effective circuits with low energy consumption and high efficiency, so wherever simple design solutions and low production costs count.
